Timothy Thibault

Timothy J. Thibault joined Treasure Coast Legal as a Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) in September 2009. He has the pleasure of working under senior partner Shaun T. Plymale, Esq., who manages the pre-litigation personal injury and workers’ compensation departments.

His last name is pronounced “Tebo” and yes, he does get ribbed a lot about the name living and working in South Florida!

Tim attended classes at Barry University, Florida Atlantic University and Indian River State College, focused on a degree in Criminal Justice /Legal Assistant Technology. He was accepted to the Air Force Academy out of high school and is an Honorable Veteran of the United States Air Force. Later on he became a Certified Legal Assistant in 1988 and has completed well over fifty legal education seminars over the past 30+ years in this profession. 

He is also a founding member of the Palm Beach County Plaintiff Paralegal Association and a previous Affiliate in good standing with The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, dedicated to the promotion of growth and development of the paralegal profession.
